Sisterhood is...

The essence of all the wisdom of the ages, distilled into a single word. You cannot see sisterhood, neither can you hear it nor taste it. But you can feel it a hundred times a day. It is a pat on the back, a smile of encouragement. It's someone to share with, to celebrate your achievements.

Driving sister's back and fourth from the train station to a sister's house a million times.

Being able to argue, rant and rave at someone and at the end of the day be able to give that person a hug and say no matter what we'll always be there for one another. Its a bond that through the good and bad you can always tell that person, your sisters, I love you!

Walking great amounts of miles together for good causes

Sleeping over at a sister's house and going our for breakfast the next morning

Freedom. Freedom to be who you are shamelessly without fear that you'll be outcast. Freedom to speak your mind and try new things. Freedom to love, grow, and mature. Most importantly, sisterhood is freedom...from being scared, because sisterhood means that you are not alone...
