SOCIAL
The job of the social committee is to organize all of Alpha Sigma's social events. They book our parties, negotiate with business owners, coordinate mixers and plan our annual formal and semi-formal.

FUND RAISER/PHILANTHROPY
Fund raiser is in charge of coming up with ideas on how to raise money for our philanthropy and for the sorority itself. They are responsible for organizing and putting together each event that the sorority takes place in.

RUSH
Rush is in charge of organizing any events that the sorority holds during rush for our future pledges. They are to put together each rush meeting, rush event and contacting the rushes during this time.

ATHLETICS
Athletics is in charge of organizing the sorority during Greek Games and other sporting events the sorority might take place in. She is responsible for setting up practices and making sure the sisters attend.

ROAD TRIP
The job of the road trip is to organize any type of event that will get the sorority together. That may be sleep overs, trips to Great Adventure, a night out to the movies or a night out for lunch or dinner.

PARAPHERNALIA
Paraphernalia's job is to go out and buy anything that the other committees might need. They are responsible for purchasing balloons, pins, buttons, pencils, etc. or things of that nature for rush or other sorority events.

HISTORIAN
Historian's job is to take pictures at every single event Alpha Sigma attends or holds. They are to put together the sorority's photo album for the semester that they are historian. They are also in charge of collecting any money that the sorority tries to put together for an event or another sister.

WEBSITE/EMAIL
Webmaster and email chairperson is in charge of maintaining the sorority's website, keeping it up to date, and also answering and regulating the sorority's email.

PUBLICITY
The publicist is in charge of making sure flyers are made for events such as rush, parties and bake sales. She is also responsible for making sure passes are made and printed for events like parties at least a week before the event. When semi-formals and formals come around she is in charge of having invitations prepared and sent out to the sisters and keeping track of who responds and getting in touch with those who haven't.

ALUMNAE
Alumnae is in charge of keeping in touch with Alpha Sigma's alumnae. She is responsible for making sure they are kept up to date on the sorority and to send them birthday cards when their birthday's come around.

OTHER POSITIONS
CHAPLAIN -
The chaplain is in charge of coming up with a quote or saying about sisterhood, friendship and/or love to recite before each meeting and at other sorority events.
INTERGREEK COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE - The intergreek council representative's responsibility is to make sure they attend every single meeting IGC holds. They are to go there and respresent the sorority and report back as to what went on at each meeting.

SERGEANT IN ARMS -
The sergeant in arms is responsible for keeping order among the sisters at meetings. If sisters get out of control she is allowed to fine sisters whatever she sees fit and may even dismiss sisters if it is necessary.
SISTERSUNSHINE-Foxx, Serenity The job of sister sunshine is to keep the other sisters happy. If one sister is having a bad day or is upset for whatever reason it is the duty of sister sunshine to try to cheer her up. Her job is to also buy each sister a birthday card and a cake when their birthday comes around, so that each sister doesn't feel left out.
PARLAIMENTARIAN -
The parlaimentarian is required to know all the rules and laws of Alpha Sigma Sorority. She will have the constitution on her at all meetings and will be required to understand it thoroughly.
